Fitness Programs

The Classes and Fitness programs offered through the Training Centre & Speed Unlimited are ‘for athletes, and those who want to train like them’. We offer Bootcamp, TRX, Tabata, Circuit Classes, HIIT and Personal Training weekly. We also offer Therapy Ball workshops, Box-Fit, Yoga Stretch, Mobility Class, and other special interest classes for those who are ProActive about their health. Both summer and winter sport-specific and speed training programs are offered for highschool, varsity and professional athletes who are looking to improve their game.
